Shaker Vibration Testing for Launch Qualification

m+p international's industry-leading m+p VibControl vibration control system enables you to successfully launch and safely deploy your satellite to space. Prior vibration testing in lab meeting handbook specifications qualifies your satellites for their ride on top of the launch vehicle.

The easy-to-use m+p VibControl user interface allows you to test reliably. Test definitions can be created in parallel to a running test for efficient lab operation with maximum uptime. Freely configurable limits and notching for each satellite ensure safety during testing. Satellite testing

Force Limited Vibration Testing of Space Payloads

m+p international provides a highly successful solution for Force Limited Vibration Testing (FLVT) of any space payload.

Space payloads are tested on the ground to ensure they are mission ready after launch. Conventional vibration testing using response accelerometers and hard mounting to a shaker can overtest the payload resulting in damage or destruction of expensive technological or scientific equipment.

That is why nowadays FLVT is often performed on space payloads. By automatically notching the acceleration at a test item's resonances, by measuring and limiting the reaction force between the test item and the shaker table, overtesting risks and costly damages can be eliminated with FLVT.

m+p international's FLVT solution delivers more accurate launch load replication for the actual flight mounting condition during validation tests. It enables you to increase test safety by limiting the acting forces during vibration testing manually, fully automatically or both simultaneously.
